Christian fell in love with Training when he was 15, because it helped him learn how to create a good routine in his life. He originally went to college with the intention of becoming a therapist, but discovered that Personal Training was a good balance between two things that he cares deeply about. Christian is inspired by helping others obtain their goals and feel better, and he loves to learn new things and challenge himself. In his spare time, Christian is also an accomplished cook, rock climber, and musician.

Fitness has always played a huge role in Julia’s life. Growing up, she played multiple sports and enjoyed going on hikes with her family. Striving for a healthy and active lifestyle has always been a personal goal for Julia. She decided to take her passion for fitness to the next level by becoming a Personal Trainer, to help others find their strength and improve their health, both inside and outside of the gym. Julia is motivated by watching others work to be the best version of themselves, both physically and mentally, through the power of fitness. To her, fitness is an absolute necessity of a healthy life balance, and it is her passion to help others achieve that balance.

A former fighter for over a decade, Mike comes to MAC Fitness with a wide variety of training experience. As a XFC Flyweight Champion, 5 Time Fighter of the Night and 2 Time LITC Champion, Mike wants to spread his knowledge and expertise to help people learn to fight and better themselves. He also teaches the 2 weekly boxing classes and does 1 on 1 training with all ages.

Fitness has always been an important part of Dylan’s life, having played football in high school, and basketball through college. After being a MAC Fitness member for many years, Dylan decided to become a Personal Trainer after having helped some of his friends reach their fitness goals and seeing them become better versions of themselves. Dylan is motivated by his lifelong love of fitness, and helping others achieve the results they are looking for.

Mike comes to MAC Fitness with over 2 decades of experience in the Fitness Industry. As a high school athlete in baseball, lacrosse, and ice hockey, Mike always knew that he wanted a career in Fitness. Ultimately, he decided to become a Personal Trainer, and now a Fitness Coach. He is motivated by people who are enthusiastic about exercise, and he enjoys offering his expertise as a Trainer. A few of Mike's numerous specializations include Balance Conditioning, Core Training, Posture Realignment, Injury Rehabilitation, and Stability. Mike is proud to have trained for and completed a Tough Mudder.

As a nurse for over 20 years, Jennifer’s passion has always been helping people improve their quality of life. She believes that fitness and nutrition are essential to true health care. Jennifer became a Personal Trainer because she wants to empower others to take control of their health and reach their greatest potential. She is motivated by witnessing the pride her clients have when they realize that all their hard work has made a tangible difference in their lives. Jennifer is also an avid runner and has completed a half marathon!
